History

The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) provides design, management, and maintenance of the sanitary sewer system for Pima County, including the conveyance system and treatment system. The department manages three metropolitan wastewater treatment plants and eight sub-regional facilities.

Need help with your sewer bill? Low-income residents can get help through our Sewer Outreach Subsidy Program.

This program was authorized by the Pima County Board of Supervisors in response to concerns about the ability of low-income residents to pay increasing sewer rates. We want to help!

We are committed to mitigating odors emitted from treatment facilities and the sanitary sewerage system. Report them with our new Online Odor Report Form or by calling 326-4333.
