Administrative & Financial Services Division
Administrative and Financial Services provides a vital support role to all activities
of the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department. The support functions provided
include income and fixed assets management, sewer user fee collections
and customer service, accounting, payroll and personnel support,
and budget preparation and control.
Customer Service staff are available to answer sewer billing and
collections questions from sewer user customers. They are available
to discuss billing adjustments, starting and stopping of sewer service,
the collection of delinquent accounts, and payment arrangements.
They can explain your billing and make suggestions to help you efficiently manage your account.
Training/Development
Training staff provide a wide range of training services and opportunites for department staff.
