Long-Range Capital Planning

Long-range Capital Planning is responsible for coordinating regulatory compliance programs, developing long-range wastewater infrastructure and effluent utilization plans, preparing the capital improvement program, allocating project financing, and managing the department's research efforts on constructed ecosystems and biosolids.
